The spa facilities are fantastic and relaxing.
I faced several frustrating issues. The room was consistently cleaned late in the day, often around 5 or 6 PM, inconvenient. On one occasion, housekeeping forgot to clean my room entirely, which left me disappointed given the hotel's reputation. It seems that management could benefit from addressing these service shortcomings and reduce complaints.

The staff was friendly and responded well to every request.
The basic rooms were expensive even for Davos. Other lower category hotelsin town (were I stayed before) seemed to offer the same (or even better, if we talk about breakfast) for a more reasonable price. In the end it was a good stay thanks for the staff friendliness

I visited the Hard Rock Hotel in Davos for a quick ski trip. The location was great for accessing ski buses and the shopping promenade. The reception process confused me since it was at the Hard Rock Cafe. The room was clean but had an old-fashioned vibe. Drafts came through the window seals, and a bit more attention to energy efficiency would have been appreciated. The large, comfortable beds and fresh linens made up for it. They kindly provided a kettle upon my request, a nice touch. I enjoyed the spa facilities, including the pool, but it did feel a bit crowded at times. Breakfast options were decent, but local cheeses didn't seem local at all. The staff generally were friendly, though I did experience slower service at the restaurant one evening. My short stay was good.

I think the best of the hotel was the location (although not awsome)
No fridge, very old TV that you cannot even see from bed, hospital feeling, no lockers for Skis, old furniture, etc

The central location of this hotel is excellent, the breakfast buffet is great.
First of all, we did not have the impression Alexander really is a hotel. It rather looks like a hospital that would like to be a three star hotel and still has a long way to go (the place actually used to be a clinic until recently). For instance, the rooms are furnished cheaply, the so called spa area is only accessible through a very very long, maze-like hallway and again it feels more like being in a hospital rather than being a relaxing experience. The room rate might be decent considering the fact we were there at peak season in early January and that probably all the other Hotels in central Davos are overpriced, too. However, we still felt that the CHF220 we paid for the night was kind of expensive for what we got.

Thank you for a good stay - can't wait to come back. The hotel is fairly clean and beautifully decorated, offers particularly good location to the slope. Amazing dishes can be found in the pizza restaurant.

location of the hotel was phenomenal, about 3 minutes walk to the ski bus for the larger lifts in the area. Sauna and swimming pool were great, staff were keen to help. Breakfast was continental lots of fresh bread!
Rooms were large if not luxurious, no slippers and robes provided for the spa area,
